MEAT: BEEF / CHICKEN / PORK (Carnes: Res / Pollo / Puerco)

  • Mexican Style Beef – Res Mexicano
  • Chicken or Beef Fajitas – Fajitas de Pollo o de Res
  • Grilled Fillet of Beef – Tampiquena
  • Shish Kabob, Beef or Chicken – Brocheta de Pollo o Res
  • Yucatecan Barbeque Chicken - Pollo Pibil
  • A traditional Mayan Dish made with Pork Tenderloin and prepared on the grill – Poc-Chuc
  • Fillet of Beef with Potatoes – Filete de Res con papas
  • Stuffed Peppers with Meat and Cheese – Chiles Rellenos de Queso

SEAFOOD (Mariscos)

  •  Shrimps: garlic, grilled, or breaded – Camarones: al mojo de ajo o parilla
  • Fresh fillet of fish: garlic, grilled, breaded, Veracruz Style - Filete de Pescado: mojo de ajo, parilla, empanizado, a la Veracruzana

DESERTS (Postres)

  •  Caramel Flan – Flan de Caramelo

Meals are served family style (one or 2 dishes per group) and are charged at US$10 per person per meal. Children aged 9 and under are half price. The cost of groceries is additional.

Las comidas se sirven al estilo familiar (1 o 2 platos por grupo), y tienen un coste de 10 dólares EE.UU. por persona por comida. Los niños menores de 9 años pagan la mitad del precio. El costo de los alimentos es adicional.
