Chef Tina Services Information & Rates
I would love to introduce you to an interesting combination of different cuisines from Greece, Germany, Italy, Asia and, for sure, Mexico.
The prices are based on the menu and the members of the group.
- The price per dinner is 26 USD per person
- A minimum charge of 155 USD by smaller groups (less than 6 people) is required.
- Prices for Breakfast or Lunches are 15USD a person. A minimum charge of 90 USD is required for less than 6 people.
- All prices include groceries, food shopping and all preparation and clean up.
- 15% service charge added to the total.
We as well offer special prices for weekly service.

For Dinner, we offer a 3 Course Dinner which includes 1 Appetizer, 1 Main Dish and 1 Dessert.
*Extra Courses are available for an additional price. Each Course will be served separately.

MENU 1:
- Jumbo Shrimps baked with Feta cheese and Tomatoes
- Moussaka
- Eggplant prepared with Beef, Fried Potato slices and Béchamel Sauce, served with Tzaziki

- Pork tenderloin oven baked to perfection with lots of fresh Vegetables like Carrots, Zucchini, Onions and Potatoes served with a Greek salad

- Greek Souvlaki (marinated pork on skewers) served with Rice pilaf, oven roasted Greek Potatoes with onions, parsley, lemon, and Tzatsiki

GERMAN OPTIONS
MENU 1:
- Tomato soup Hearty homemade country style Soup with Bacon
- Beef RouladesSlices of Beef rolled up and stuffed with Onions, Bacon, pickled Gherkins in wonderful gravy served with Potatoes accompanied with Cauliflower in a Béchamel sauce
- Apple Pie

- Mixed Salad with Radishes, Tomatoes, Bean sprouts, Cucumber and mushrooms served with a fresh sour cream vinegar dressing
- Marinated Beef Roast Beef marinated for at least 2 to 3 days served with Dumplings or Potatoes in rich gravy with red Cabbage on the side

Lunch Buffet Style
That everybody can find something they like we offer different Salads, Casseroles, Sandwiches, Hot Dogs, Hamburgers or even Gazpacho soup or Dips and Salsas. So far we were always able to surprise our clients with the large variety for lunch options.
