If you rent both houses together a 15% discount applies :) Events allowed only if both houses are rented together.
May not be used for special events or weddings without prior authorization and arrangements
1. Event fees below will be added to the standard rental rates.
Maximum 25 total attendees including house guests: add $250 usd to rental rate.
2. A minimum of a 5 day rental required.
3. Maximum number of additional guests is 8. Total event maximum is 25.
4. Event planner (additional cost) is required. The property will only allow Jennifer and Manda from Turtle Bay Weddings as event planners. Weddings and events are required to have them as event planners. Event planner's staff is responsible for the following.
- Set up and take down of all chairs, tables, etc.
- All wedding planning functions
- Cleaning of villa at the end of the event
- Food and beverage service
