No paper what so ever can be flushed down the toilet, as septic couldnt take it, so that also means poopy toilet paper! This should have been on the website! Elevator broken! I can go on and on but why? Not worth 10K for 2 weeks!

The views are beautiful as well. The location is convenient because it is located between two dinner restaurants and across from a small store.

Great location and experience
Reviewed on 2023-11-19 by Max P. , EDMONTON, AB CanadaFantastic location for a low key vacation in Mexico. The beach and water is out the front door where you are welcomed by Half Moon Bay. Half Moon Bay is a coral reef, so it is rocky in the water, but fantastic for snorkeling. Water shoes recommended. The condo was great, however, one day there was a problem with the gas line resulting in no hot water and use of the gas stove. On our last morning the water was completely shut off for some reason, leaving us in a panic to get ready. It was resolved in about an hour though. The property manager was responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend this condo and location to anyone.

Great stay

Beautifully furnished, very clean, spacious condo

We had a small maintenance issue, which was cared for right away. Everyone we dealt with was very kind & helpful. Our family of 5 had plenty of room, cozy beds, nice view, enjoyed riding bikes, & especially enjoyed snorkeling both at Half Moon Bay & Akumal Bay nearby. We would definitely come back!

Absolutely Glorious

We did encounter sargassum, but it didn't hinder our fun. We snorkeled in Half Moon Bay a lot and did a different activity in the area every day: Akumal Bay, Yal Ku Lagoon, Playa del Carmen, etc. The restaurants nearby are excellent. It was truly wonderful.

Everyone loved their room (which can be difficult to please everyone!) and the views. If we needed anything we had a speedy response with a solution. We will definitely be back!!

Few issues that were fixed right away, management was very responsive but the main problem is the seaweed in front of the condo complex. I stayed in Half moon bay 11 years ago about the same period and it was a paradise on earth. This time not so sure. You need to find a solution to this problem otherwise you will loose renters. Good luck!

Guest bathroom [34]Nikte Ha Condominiums are a great option for intermediate size groups and families. These 3 bedroom condos are located right on the beach, in the center of Akumal’s Half Moon Bay. This means you have easy access to great snorkeling in Half Moon Bay, a beach (and a pool) for the kids and you are within a easy walk to La Buena Vida, La Lunita and Yal-Ku Lagoon.
Nikte Ha Condominiums, are designed for families. A great swimming pool on the beach side means kids and parents can spend a day easily moving from snorkeling, to swimming pool, to relaxing lunch on your beachside terrace.
Three bedrooms, with sleeping accommodations for up to 10 guests, means that there is room for everyone! (That’s a good thing)
Nikte Ha Unit 3 is perfectly located on the second level. From the second level spending the day between the beach and the condo is easy and you have an awesome beach side terrace for enjoying coffee with your view in the morning. Note: Also a great spot for cold drinks later in the afternoon!
Nikte Ha is a four level beachfront condominium. You can choose a unit on any of the four levels, (#1 Beach Level, #3 Second Level, #5 Thrid Level, #7 Penthouse). The units share similar floor plans with an open plan, living / dining / kitchen area. The units enjoy all the modern conveniences such as central AC, flat screen TV and WIFI.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed. Guest bedroom 1 includes a queen bed and a single sofa bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a double and a single bed, plus a double trundle bed. This condo comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 4 children.
Akumal is a small beach community with ecologically minded locals, and two swimming bays which are the perfect home to a diversity of tropical marine life and endangered sea turtles. Akumal is located a 20 min drive from the popular resort towns of Playa del Carmen and Tulum, and just one hour south of Cancun International airport.
