Our point of contact, Scott was amazing and very attentive to our questions, a great resource for dinner recommendations and arranged a yacht trip for 12. The house is in really good shape, clean and comfortable. The cleaning and landscape crew kept the hole spotless. The kitchen is well stocked and filtered drinking water provided. We will return.

We have made several trips of this kind (by renting villas) and we have never had such a good service! All the staff is very attentive. They think of everything, you are like at the hotel, but in a beautiful house just for you! If we go back to Mexico, we will go back for sure! Do not hesitate to rent it, you will not be disappointed!

As fabulous as the advertising pictures look, it is even more impressive in person. High quality building and furnishings. All sorts of comfortable indoor and outdoor living areas which is great for a larger group. It is conveniently located in the hub of Puerto Aventuras. The property manager, Scott, was very attentive to all our needs. The housekeeping, grounds keeping and maintenance staff worked diligently to make our stay comfortable. A real vacation gem!

We had a car, but you could get most anything you needed within the complex & there is,a excellent grocery store only a 5 minute drive away.we enjoyed the golf course, deep sea fishing & the in house massages we had were spectacular. Property manager Scott was amazing & promptly addressed any questions & concerns with speed & efficiency. We would definitely stay here again

Loved the openness and decor of the home. Fell in love with the Terrin art throughout the home. Pool area was great to hang out in. Neighborhood was safe and conveniently located near all the attractions we visited. Staff was friendly and took care of our requests immediately. Our family would definitely come back in a heart beat.

The house is beautifuly maintained by the housekeepers and maintenance fellow. Location is the best , the house is close to PA's town center and beach so could walk everywhere.

When we arrived we were greeted warmly and assured if we needed anything, it would be there. No waiting! The place is truly spectacular. The housekeepers even did our laundry. 5 star experience!
