This large luxury home offers 13 spacious bedrooms, each one with a private bathroom with bathtub and hair dryer, AC, a king sized bed (that can be split into 2 single beds), a day bed with a trundle bed underneath, flat screen 32" TVs in 3 bedrooms (one on each floor), and each bedroom has a terrace with an ocean view! 10 of the bedrooms have full ocean views, and 3 of the bedrooms have partial ocean views. In addition to a full bathroom in each of the 13 bedrooms, there is also a half bathroom in the hallway on each floor, and one more half bathroom outside near the pool for your convenience.

Bellamar is spread over 3 levels, with masses of kitchen, living, and dining space on the ground floor, both inside and out. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, on the middle floor there are 5 more bedrooms plus a TV lounge with 55" flat screen TV, Satellite programming, and comfortable sofas. The next floor up features 5 more bedrooms, plus a games lounge with a pool table, foosball, table tennis, and another large 55" flat screen TV. Up one more level takes you to the expansive roof terrace with spectacular 360 degree views all around the local area. The roof terrace is furnished and is the perfect place for Caribbean sunrises, sunsets, sunbathing, and stargazing.

Outside is an enormous infinity swimming pool with swim up bar, lounge, hammocks, plenty of sun loungers and a roof top jacuzzi tub above the pool area. The manicured gardens lead down to Bellamar's very own beachfront where there is superb snorkeling to be enjoyed, and also there are kayaks for exploring the bay.

Arrivals are greeted with complimentary juices, sodas, and beer, and if you rent for 7 nights or more, there is also a complimentary arrival night dinner! No need to lift a finger during your stay, there is a complimentary full time chef at the villa who will cook 3 meals a day for you Monday-Saturday (the cost of groceries is additional).

There is WiFi internet signal all over the property and on the beach, and included in the villa is a stereo with speakers in the living room, terrace, and by the pool with connectors for iphones, ipads, and USB.
