What could be more perfect? Swim or snorkel in the Caribbean sea just outside the back door. Or, if it is your preference, take a dip in the freshwater pool. Still too much effort? A siesta in the hammock between palm trees might be just what you need.

We love our place in the sun and would like to share it with you!"

Casa San Francisco is a newly renovated villa that is warm and inviting and feels just like home. Gorgeous colors and furnishings, a magnificent ocean, white sand beach, privacy and a fabulous swimming pool. What more could you want? Parking, beach towels, purified water and professional cleaning service 6 days per week is included.

Casa San Francisco is a "Hacienda" style villa located on the white sandy beach of gated, residential, South Akumal. The villa is a comfortable and colorful mix of arts and crafts from around the world set in the midst of tropical gardens and Caribbean beach. Its charm is completed by wrought iron balconies and courtyard fountains. "It is just lovely" reads the guest book.

Casa San Francisco offers four bedrooms in the main villa, over two floors. The main floor includes the open living and dining area and fully equipped kitchen. From the living / dining area you will enjoy a full view of the turquoise Caribbean. Via sliders you access the gorgeous swimming pool and its limestone deck area which is well furnished with tables, chairs and pool side loungers. There are also some great coconut trees along the beach which are perfect for hanging your hammock.

The Bedrooms: On the upper floor, three gorgeous and relaxing air conditioned bedrooms are available. The ocean view master bedroom is furnished with king and has private bath. Another lovely guest bedroom is located next to the master bedroom with the same wonderful ocean views, king sized bed, and ensuite bathroom. A third ensuite guest bedroom on the upper floor is furnished with a king bed and also enjoys a stylish brick domed ceiling and a lovely view of the garden. The fourth bedroom is located on the main level with garden view. This is a spacious ensuite room has two twin beds (can be made into a king) and a trundle bed. All of the ensuite bedrooms have showers and either a single or double vanity, and there is an additional full guest bathroom with shower on the main level complete with shower accessed from the main hall.

If you require additional space Casa San Francisco includes a cute upper level guest house across the garden side fountain courtyard. The guest house is air conditioned and furnished with a queen bed, en suite bathroom, its own private terraces overlooking the jungle and the courtyard, and also a wonderful private roof terrace which is the perfect place for star gazing at night.

For golfers, Casa San Francisco is within a short walk of the brand new championship Terence Trent Jones Junior Golf Course RIVIERA MAYA GOLF CLUB.

This house is awesome!! We were a group of 10 including some couples. There was plenty of space for everyone and lots of privacy. The outdoor space is great, offering a great pool and a mix of sun and shade. The views of the beach are great too. The beach itself is a bit rocky, but we went in with shoes on and used kayaks every day! The house manager was great for arranging out meals with the staff, and the food cooked was amazing. The concierge was very helping in helping us arrange airport transportation, a trip to the cenote, and trips into tulum. The house is about a 30 minute walk down the beach to Akumal, but the town is very small. If you’re looking for a great house with lots of space, great views, and great food, you won’t regret booking this place.

Casa San Francisco is a beautiful house. The pictures simply cannot convey the beauty of the porch, pool and beach views. Our party consisted of 6 adults and 4 kids, and the house accommodated us all nicely. The shoreline is a bit rocky, but water shoes helped a lot. My daughter and I both used the kayaks and snorkeling gear in the bay and were amazed at the wide variety of coral and tropical fish just a short distance from the shore. The house staff were fantastic; they took care of everything and made sure our vacation was a wonderful experience. And the staff prepared meals for us in our kitchen that were simply wonderful. It was a great treat to eat delicious, fresh food at home at a huge dinner table. If you want to get out, there's a fun little restaurant a short walk up the beach with excellent fresh fish, and even a pool for the kids. It was nice for a change, but the meals prepared at home by the staff were always the best. We recommend getting a rental car - the concierge can have one delivered to the house. The house is nicely stocked, but you can buy almost anything you can think of at the larger of the two supermarkets in Tulum ( go to the one on the east side of the highway), but you need a car to get there. This is definitely a 5 star vacation home.

This house and this beach are simply paradise! The photos do not do it justice. While there is much to do in Akumal, Tulum and surrounding areas, you may never want to leave this house. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular and you can sit outside all day. The pool is lovely and then just steps away is the beach with clear blue water and a reef full of interesting fish to observe while snorkeling and there are kayaks available too. The house staff make you feel at home and will take care of all your needs and I always felt safe while staying there. This was the most relaxing vacation I have had in a long time and I cannot wait to go back!

My family of 10 (ranging in age from 53 to 1) had a fabulous stay at Casa San Francisco! Quiet, secluded, yet within easy distance to many sights - most notably for my family were the archeological ruins throughout this region - a perfect home base. And downtime at the home with the pool and beach were just as great! We were cared for by a special team of lovely house staff - Guille, Naomi, and Jorge - who made our stay over the top special. We hope to return soon and find this little gem of a home as beautiful as we left it.

We had a FABULOUS time at Casa San Francisco!! First of all the house was lovely with 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a wonderful outdoor space - beautiful pool and the beach right out front. The view is overwhelmingly beautiful. Guille the house manager was there when we arrived and explained everything about the property. She came over every day to make sure that everything was great . A maid came daily to clean and a gentleman came every other day to take care of the pool. Each year my husband and I and our family of 3 sons, 3 daughter-in-laws and 3 grandchildren go somewhere in the summer together for a week. We have been to Cape Cod, the Outer Banks and other spots but Casa San Francisco is our favorite of all. We spent a great deal of our 8 day trip at the house enjoying the pool and the sea - doing a lot of snorkeling and kayaking. We rented a 12 passenger van at the airport so we could visit various spots. We swam in 3 different Cinotes, visited the ruins in Coba, visited Tulum and snorkeled with the turtles in Akumal. We also hired Chefs who cooked Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner for us each day and did all the shopping. (Best decision ever!!!). We went thru Chef Daveed. Our chefs, a wonderful couple - Esmarelda and Edgar - were remarkable. Everything was beyond delicious - and they are just such lovely people. (If you decide to do this ask for them.) The street the house is located on is gated and manned 24 hrs a day with a security guard. We felt completely safe. It was our best family vacation yet. I highly recommend Casa San Francisco. Casa San Francisco was absolutely incredible. Literally steps from the sea, the views from the house are nothing short of spectacular. We were greeted by Guille the house manager upon our arrival, and were swept away by the beauty of the place. Guille checked in every day to make sure we had everting we needed. The house is huge, with more than enough room for our party of nine. Everything was super clean, including the pool, which we used extensively throughout our stay. The location of the house is about 5 minutes south of Akumal and about 20 minutes north of Tulum. The convenient location allowed us to explore the Tulum area and the ruins there, but also the ruins in Cobá with ease. Highly recommend having a car to get around! The quiet street is gated and manned by security personnel 24/7 who also walk the beaches at night. We felt incredibly safe during our visit.

Great fun! Wonderful outdoor area and beach access. We had an awesome chef too and massages at the house. The rooms are beautiful, the property manager, Guille Flores, and the staff are lovely and helpful. The location perfect for 5 couples! With 3 kids.

A wonderful place to spend the Christmas holidays with our family! Right on the beach, where our family spent time snorkeling and paddling with the three kayaks provided. We used the pool (kept very clean), sat around the pool on the patio and enjoyed the view. The place was clean, and kept clean every day, and had all the amenities we had hoped for! Guillet was a superb in making us feel welcome, in advising us, and offered superb assistance when we got in trouble for poor parking in Tulum! Thanks Guillet! The local couple that kept the place clean, also cooked dinner for us three evenings; great local fare, fantastic guacamole and salsa! Highly recommend to get them involved in some dinners! Thanks Jorge and Naomi.
In all, we were very happy with the choice of Casa San Francisco, and highly recommend it!

Excellent home - looks just the the pictures. The view is incredible and just a few steps down the beach is a very sandy area where there are no people - your own private beach! We are a group of 8 adults and 3 children that stayed at Casa San Francisco for 10 days - it was a fabulous vacation and we hated to leave. Highly recommend having staff cook fo you (especially Mayan Chicken). Staff is lovely and look after the place so everything you need is there. Guille the manager checked with us most days to see if we needed anything - absolutely wonderful staff. Cannot say enough about this place and hope to go back.

Casa San Francisco met all of our expectations and then some. The house was exactly as pictured and super clean. We loved the pool which was kept clean each day and we loved the easy access to the beach. The water right out front was perfect for snorkeling and kayaking. And the small town of Akumal was just a short 30 minute walk up the beach. The house staff was also super friendly and accommodating. We were so comfortable it was hard to leave for day trips. I will definitely be staying here again!

We spent a wonderful family vacation at Casa San Francisco in July 2018. The home is very comfortable, well appointed and in a nice location in South Akumal. The few small issues we had with the air conditioning and hot water were quickly resolved by the very attentive property manager. It is clear that the owners care about their property and how well their guests enjoy it. We would return to this property again.

How do you describe the perfect beach house? Casa San Francisco!! We enjoyed the water parks and cenotes. The kiddos were also entertained by the oceanfront pool and we had space to spread out and enjoy watching them. The villa is unique, special and so perfect! Most importantly, the caretakers and cook were so grand! We loved our meals. We ony hope to return one day for another perfect vacation!

The home and the location was perfect for our family group of 8 for my son's college graduation and the staff were excellent! We're already familiar with the area (a couple with us lives in Puerto Morelos, 40min north of Akumal) so knowing where to go or not (Playa del Carmen is too crowded and not our style) is helpful. Our target hangout of Tulum beach bars and restaurants are only 20 minutes away. The Akumal Sur row of houses found friendly neighbors walking by or waves from each other as we walked the beach. The pool accommodated all 8 of us, and our wine, from time to time and chairs/lounges all had excellent views of the ocean. Beds are very comfortable, the air conditioning and fans did their job and the cards, dice and games there kept the 'party' going. A wonderful woman Guille, the house manager who speaks perfect English, arranged the staff to make whichever meals we scheduled (breakfast almost every morning and a few dinners). They'll shop for the food and make whatever you want (french toast was a huge hit).
Now having said all this, there's nothing negative, only observations and situations which require dealing with or adjustments. 
Currently, the entire Caribbean region is dealing with Sargasso (an ocean grass/seaweed) that grows and gets deposited on the shore and beach. It can be a bit or piled up 2' tall. It's from Texas to Brazil and not just a local issue. If you're willing to be flexible and willing to take it in stride, you'll find it a nuisance but didn't keep us out of the water. We just found an area that had less and enjoyed the warm water. We were very fortunate to have great weather but on our last day and a half, tropical storms did occur (which didn't keep us out of the pool during breaks in the rain)! Power to the neighborhood goes out easily which means no lights/ac or water. Again, you make adjustments and if you're positive, it doesn't become a deal breaker. It also didn't stop Noemi and her husband from making a wonderful coffee and breakfast (AGAIN!) by early morning candlelight (there is plenty of separate drinking water) which again, depending on being flexible, can add an interesting layer. So overall, it was just about perfect and we loved the staff and didn't let Mother Nature's tiny bumps interfere with our very special celebration.

The house was so spacious, comfortable and well appointed for our group of 11. There were eight adults and three children. The view was absolutely beautiful and we never tired of it. Our entire stay felt magical! There was good snorkeling out front, kayaks to use and we were in the pool everyday. The home was very clean, nicely decorated and really well cared for by the staff. Drinking water was provided and plentiful. It felt very safe. We would definitely return and stay here again!!! Our only suggestions are little things: more towels/washcloths available, a broom and dustpan in the home and upgraded pots and pans as we did quite a bit of cooking during our 8 days. Such a great place, we didn't want to leave. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

We were quite spoiled with our previous location but needed a new city, and found it hard to find a place to meet all our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa San Francisco and plan on returning. The home itself, location, staff, meals, cleanliness made for a great vacay. I highly recommend!

Stayed for a week in November with 4 teens and 6 adults. The house is very nice plenty of room and nicely decorated, I wouldn't change a thing. The housekeepers were there everyday keeping things clean and did a great job. The property manager came over several times to check in on us and she was very friendly and helpful. I wish I remember her name, but I'm writing this review too long after our stay and have forgotten. The house is not to far from Playa Del Carmen and Tulum. We rented a car and driving was very easy on the main road up and down the coast. If you have a smaller group you can catch a collectivo on the main road a quick little walk from the house. We also walked to Akumal a few times along the beach, this was a very nice walk. Kayaking at the house was very nice. At the house its very relaxing not too many people at all in this area. More people on the Beach closer to Akumal, but very private and relaxing at the house. Everyone felt safe the neighborhood has security and a couple of them walked up and down the beach outside the house all night with flashlights. Would for sure return and wish I had longer then a week to stay.

The Casa Sanfrancisco was perfect for our party of nine. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large, comfortable, and styled perfectly. The casita was also used by one of the couples. We cooked all diners on premises and had all the kitchenware we needed. The outdoor space made this rental exceptional--the patio, pool, beach chairs, bar-b-que, and kayaks, and especially the beach and Caribbean Sea just steps outside the door. The care takers and liaison staff were terrific. The only minor faults included not knowing that drinking water was supplied (we needlessly purchased large amounts on our way from the airport); the oven/stove not being as up to date as the rest of the house and appliances; and the limited supply of fresh beach towels. Overall surpassed our expectations and has set the bar very high for all furture vacations!

We had 8 people stay at the Hacienda and we all had a great experience. The staff were great, they went above and beyond as it was my fathers birthday and they actually picked up a birthday cake for my dad. The thing that I haven't seen in many reviews is that the house staff can cook for you and they are fabulous chefs. It is a husband and wife and we all thought the meals were delicious. The house had a nice layout, there were 4 couples and we all stayed comfortably in the house, two more people could've slept in the guest house too. The area is gated and there are security guards protolling the street and beach so it feels very safe.

The beach is nice but there are tons of rocks where the water meets the beach front so its not a white sandy ocean bottom, bring water shoes! We wish they had a hammock, there are two trees by the pool looking at the ocean which are prefect for hammocks. If you have a small eno or packable hammock I would recommend bringing it. They have three, one man kayaks, nothing fancy but they work to go out exploring in the bay.

The property managers were extremely helpful before the trip and the helped coordinate a shuttles service to and from the airport. The ride is about an hour and twenty minuets from the airport.

Tulum is a 30 minute taxi ride and Playa de Carmen takes around 35-40 minutes from the Hacienda.

If you walk north on the beach you will end up at Akumal Bay which has a great restaurant right on the beach, its where all the boats are anchored out. It took us around 25 minutes to walk there. There are small gift shops, a dive shop, tours, and some restaurants so bring your Pesos.

I would definitely recommend staying here as everyone in our group loved the experience and the staff. The whole experience was wonderful! It's in a perfect location, private yet close enough for day trips to different areas.

This house was great for us. We had two families (4 adults, 5 kids), and we filled all of the rooms, including the casita. Kids (and adults) were on the beach and in the pool all day, every day.

We had dinner made for us just about every night (plus guacamole & pico de gallo as an appetizer every afternoon), and we fended for ourselves for breakfast and dinner. We are comfortable grocery shopping, and we did rent a car. If you wanted to go out to eat, and wanted to walk there, this would be a little on the far side, especially with kids, but if you just want to relax and have someone cook and cleanup, this will be a perfect spot for you. You don't need to rent a car; taxis are plentiful and reasonable.

There is good snorkeling in the bay (protected by a barrier reef). The entry is rocky, so water shoes that fit in your fins are a plus, but lots of folks manage without them.

Be sure to go around the pool area with a flashlight just after sunset. You will find a parade of hermit crabs out and about!

The hacienda is quite charming, beautiful, and spacious. We were a family group of 11, six adults and five children with plenty of room to spread out. The two 12 year olds loved having their own "casita". We especially enjoyed the beautiful patio overlooking the beach. It was too chilly for the adults to swim since the pool was not heated. Our husband/wife cooking and cleaning team did a great job with our meals and daily clean up. Only one significant problem with this home: serious lack of hot water for showering for the entire stay. Although I reported it immediately and several times, we rarely had a hot shower. Our approach to the gorgeous beach and to get into the water was challenging for older people. Lots of rocks and coral to be walked on to get into the water. Water shoes are a must. That being said, it was a great area for snorkeling for the younger family members. It was great that the life vests, kayaks, etc were provided. All in all it was a wonderful, memorable experience.

If a family could "walk into" a lifetime dream, we achieved it from 12/26/23 - 1/2/24 as our 3 children and their significant others joined us in a week of what undoubtedly will serve as a memory for the rest of our lives. Casa San Francisco was the perfect location to bring us all together. Our adult kids, all north of 30 years, their partners, and our 12 year old grand-daughter relished our time together as we made a memory that we know will last a lifetime. The people that made it so worthwhile took
"class of service" to a new heights through the incessant commitment of Guille, the Property Manager and Noemi & Jorge, the couple that served as both our house cleaners and chefs. Every single aspect of our trip was "Class A" with Guille offering answers to every question we had about tipping, utilizing the premises, local etiquette and everything in between. Guille went out of her way to make sure she was always availabe to contact regardless of what we needed assistance with. The property and the grounds were immaculate and the sleeping accommodations were akin to a 5-star hotel and in all ways, even better. Noemi and Jorge' made cooked for us daily combining native Latin dishes with meals of our preference. Their commitment daily, was to keep our rental clean and make sure meals were prepared exceptionally. At this point of our lives, it is difficult to bring all of our children together and this vacation was truly the trip of a lifetime. The ocean was warmer than most pools we've been in and the water "toys" (kayaks) allowed us to adventure hundreds of yards away from the beach and still be able to stand in clear water up to our waists. It is CRITICAL to use water-shoes as they are a difference-maker in wading out from the beach. If you are looking for that "perfect place" to share time, privacy, a beautiful ocean and scenery, memories and A+ service from a VERY committed team of hosts, then you have found it at Casa San Francisco.

The house and location were great. Taxis are expensive (to go 1.1 miles was $25 USD one way!) The pool isn’t heated so if it hasn’t been warm enough to heat it up it is COLD! I would stay here again as the staff and house were great! I would look for a closer location given the high costs of taxis.

Wir hatten tolle Tage im Casa San Francisco. Das Haus entspricht den Bildern, das Security-Team hat uns bei Anliegen unterstützt und auch die Hausmanagerin war sehr um uns bemüht. Es war alles bestens, einzig das WiFi war defekt. Wir bekamen zwar ein alternatives, das hat aber leider nicht zufriedenstellend funktioniert.
Empfehlen können wir auch das Kochservice von Noemi und Jorge! Es war köstlich!
Sollten wir nochmals in die Region kommen, ist Casa San Francisco unsere erste Wahl für‘s Wohnen.

This was my first VRBO experience and it definitely exceeded our expectations. There's nothing at all that I could find fault with. It was actually a perfect size for 10 of us and the home was equipped with everything we needed. The food and our chefs were amazing. Even on a night when there was a big strom and half our block lost electricity for the evening ours, they utilized all their resources to make our last night (even celebrating a birthday for one of our group) spectacular. They were just incredible. All correspondence from beginning to end was wonderful. Our home caretaker was just delightful! The only one thing which has nothing to do with the home, is make sure you carry cash. That was a little bit of a hindrance as many things were cash only.

The villa is spotless and has everything you want or need. The staff was wonderful and we had dinner prepared 4 of our seven nights. The food was excellent and the service was wonderful. The house manager was great and had a wealth of knowledge about the area. It was a little windy but other than that the weather was perfect.

You can walk to Akumal along the beach, about a 20 minute walk....during daylight hours. We arranged for the management to make us 2 meals a day and I would highly recommend it! All meals were delicious and very, very reasonable. We did taxi into town a few nights for dinner at La Buena Vida which was also wonderful, but the taxi rides are NOT inexpensive so renting a car would be a great idea. We had beautiful sunny days with a bit of wind. Pool area will be shaded for most of afternoon but there is full sun along with beach chairs up on top for sun lovers. Rooms were VERY clean and it was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 2 small children. Kayaks are there to use and lots of beach toys for the kids too. There are also snorkels and the snorkling is fantastic, no need to go into town for that, you can do it right there at the property. The cenote jungle was a great attraction, near the town of Akumal. SO quiet, peaceful and beautiful. But again you will need to taxi there if you don't have a car. A few of us went to the golf course is right across the street from the property. I can't think of anything about this property that I would not recommend. Truly 5 star!

We stayed in July 2020. Directly on the beach, the home contains five air-conditioned, large bedrooms each with an en-suite: first floor-two twin beds and one day sofa; second floor-three bedrooms with king beds; casita -queen bed.
The kitchen is small but well stocked with appliances, dishes, and utensils. The living and dining room are adequate size. There is a TV in the LR. There is a pool outside the back. There are also kayaks available to take into the water.
The house has a manager, a maid, and an outside caretaker. They work everyday except Sundays.The caretaker and his wife double as the chefs should you wish them to prepare any meals.We had 4 dinners prepared that were local cooking and extremely delicious. You pay them for their shopping and for their service. We highly recommend them.
We were able to find a snorkeling tour, as well as, a fishing tour. There are a few restaurants open nearby that serve delicious Mexican food. There is a Walmart on the way from the airport where we stopped. There are also small stores in the neighborhood.
High points: The house manager is very friendly and efficient. She speaks English and Spanish. She is knowledgeable about the area and can arrange many activities as long as they are open in this COVID time. The maid is nonintrusive and very efficient. She will do your laundry for a fee. The caretaker arrives early to prepare the pool and grounds areas.The house is in a small beachfront, gated community with a security guard that walks the beach. The wi-if worked well for us.
Inconveniences: The LR television was not able to find the dish site. It was not fixed during our stay. There is a TV in an upstairs bedroom which worked. There was an influx of seaweed on the beach, and the entrance to the beach is rocky so wear your water shoes and take the kayaks out.
All in all we had a great time and would recommend this home to anyone.

Fantastic home, location and people. The folks who helped us while our family was there were terrific. Other than the fact that the beach is very rocky, our stay was nothing less than a nearly perfect 10.

We had the best vacation at Casa San Francisco and can't wait to book again! The house and property are accurately pictured in the listing and the home is well-maintained. The property manager Guille could not have been more genuine and helpful and we enjoyed our conversations with her throughout the week so much. Do yourself a favor and book a home-cooked meal (or several!) - Guille will take care of all the details and you will not be disappointed in the food - it was an amazing value and such a treat. We would not hesitate to book here again - it's a perfect location for a relaxing vacation - beautiful, quiet and safe. Thanks for having us!

Casa San Francisco provides everything you could want for a casual, relaxing stay in a safe neighborhood right on the beach. The house is very comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the staff were really friendly and responsive. Our group of extended family spent a great week at Casa San Francisco, including daily swimming in the pool or at the beach in front prof the house or both. As long as you have swim shoes (there are rocks) you can swim out directly from the beach in front of the house and snorkel amidst colorful fish.

The town of Akumal is less than 10 minutes away by car, and has a fully stocked grocery store, as well as several excellent restaurants. If you’re looking for a place to truly unwind away from the party/hotel scene of Cancún and Playa del Carmen, this is a perfect spot.

Absolutely perfect for a relaxing vacation in the quiet part of Rivera Maya. We loved everything about the place and felt secure in the gated community with security that walked the beach regularly. Pictures and descriptions are accurate, property was clean and the manager/caretakers were awesome. You definitely need a car if you stay here.

Lovely house on the beach and very comfortable. Great location to explore Akumul, Talum and Playa del Carmen. Property description and warning of excessive seaweed was accurate, Management company was great and responsive. Welcome dinner by chef was excellent and highly recommend others to do.
I wish the kitchen was stocked better with more pitchers (bought one for house), non-stick pan, baking sheet, containers with lids for leftovers, and spices. Other suggestions: The fountain in front worked when we arrived and was never working afterwards. The housekeepers took the kitchen hand towels away for two days and had to use paper towels, hot and cold water was not reliable... no cold water in main floor bedroom shower, burnt out light in casita bathroom. Can you add in instructions where the light switch for the pool is located, did not find until last day. Would have also liked more than two towels per bathroom. Make sure you bring your own shampoo and soap.. they provide hand soap.

Let me start by saying that the staff here is amazing! They do a great job with everything! Cleaning, cooking, and laundry was all just top notch. They are very hard working and just pleasant to be around, so don’t forget to tip them before you go. They deserve every bit of it. The house is gorgeous and the pool and ocean view is fabulous. Our group of 9 had such an amazing time here. The staff even helped plan a special dinner including Mariachi! We can’t wait to come back.

Great property with everything you need, super clean, can't beat the location as it's right on the beach in a very safe area. Definitely enjoyed using the kayaks on the bay. There is an excellent restaurant walking distance. The staff was super nice and management communication was perfect. Absolutely nothing to complain about, I definitely highly recommend this property.
