This beautiful villa offers modern and luxurious bedroom suites to two separate and upscale dining room areas (one indoors, one outdoors) and both an indoor and an outdoor kitchen, (one equipped with a wet bar for entertaining and the other one featuring a BBQ grill).

However, it will probably be the living room that will take your breath away and make your guests raise their heads in awe. With a high cathedral 30-foot ceiling, accented by a cast-iron chandelier, Mayan carved stone steles crowning the archways and sliding doors and intricate indoor balconies overlooking the living room; you will know what it feels like to live in a modern-day castle.

Each of the 5 bedroom suites continues this “majestic-tropical” theme and feature en-suite marble bathrooms, a security safe and either king or queen-size beds. Bedrooms located on the upper level have been designed with a furnished ocean terrace that overlooks the magnificent Soliman Bay.  All of the main-floor bedrooms have direct access to the pool side patio and the private beach.

The Master Suite is the most luxurious of all. It boasts a comfortable king size bed and an elegant marble bathroom with a spa-like Jacuzzi tub.

On top of this gorgeous beachfront villa, you will find an observatory rooftop area. Besides showcasing the stunning view of the Soliman Bay, the Caribbean, and the vast emerald jungle, it is equipped with day beds, a couch and table and several hammocks placed under shaded areas.

As for a list of activities at Casa Yardena, Soliman Bay, and Riviera Maya, there are plenty of options to consider.

Reef snorkeling and kayaking is great within Soliman Bay as the water here is very calm and blessed with a diversity of marine life. The towns of Akumal and Tulum are located just 15-20 minute drive away. You could also consider including trips to Mayan ruins, eco-parks, and shopping or dine out in Tulum Pueblo or Playa del Carmen. However, many guests who come to Soliman Bay discover the pleasure of lounging by the pool with a tangy frozen Margarita with no agenda aside from connecting with their loved ones!

POLICIES:

  • 22% tax not included. Rates are in US dollars.
  • Base rate is for 10 guests.Max 26 guests. 
  • Add $85 USD per night per person ages 8 and older over the base rate of 2. Children under 7 years old are free.
  • A $1,500 USD Damage Deposit is required in cash upon arrival.
  • Service Charge of 8% of the total reservation amount will be requested prior to check out.
  • A minimum of 7 nights is required for holiday stays from December 17th - January 5th, 3 nights for high season, mid and low season
  • A minimum of 5 nights is required for stays during the week of Easter/Semana Santa
  • A minimum of 5 nights is required for all stays during the week of Thanksgiving for Villas and Bungalows
  • Rates subject to change without notice.
  • To maintain the privacy and exclusivity the use of the villa is for its guests only. Outside visitors are not permitted.

RATES INCLUDE:

  • Chef service from 8:00am to 6:30pm. Cost of groceries is additional. 
  • Extra chef hours before 8:00am or after 6:30pm will be subject to additional charges of $40USD/hr

My siblings and I have been vacationing together for 8 years. This was the most magical, beautiful, memorable vacation ever! The staff are the most amazing, loving, attentive, and kind human beings who made our vacation one to remember forever. They busted their butts and made sure we had anything and everything we needed And/or wanted. They deserve the gold star of this property. Everything was spotless, the food was delicious, and the concierge was on top of everything. We were a group of 23 and had plenty of space to spread out and plenty of areas to enjoy each other. Thank you Casa Yardena and your wonderfully beautiful staff including our chefs Hector, Fabian, and more who showed up and prepared stunning meals 3x a day and then catered to our picky eaters and cooked separate meals for them-to our amazingly patient cleaning lady Rosa who endlessly picked up/cleaned up after us and our children- the hard working grounds keeper Uciel who repeatedly blew up the kids pool floats and gladly drilled out coconuts for us adults and to the concierge Tina, Antonio and Christian who were on top of every question/concern/request we had or needed. We will forever remember you all and this outstanding vacation! Thank you for a lifetime of laughs, smiles, and memories! You all Rock!!
