Description

Nikte Ha 1 is a beautiful ground floor residential suite in Akumal’s most recent luxury beachfront condominium. This newly constructed 2 bedroom condo includes all the modern amenities and comforts of home. The elegant living room leads to a furnished beachfront patio overlooking the oceanfront swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, granite countertops, an island table with bar style seating for 3 and a large round dining table. Be sure to ask us about the option to rent as a 3 bedroom!

The master bedroom has a king size bed and sliding glass doors leading to the beachfront deck. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be pushed together to accommodate couples, and a small garden atrium. This has a third bedroom option which is a lock off studio with kitchenette and independent entrance allowing this unit to be used as a 3, 2 or 1 bedroom vacation rental.

Only a short stroll on the beach to some of the best beachfront restaurants nearby or walk down Akumal road to Yal-ku Lagoon, Akumal Bay, and downtown Akumal for more dining options, stores, dive shops and fun for everyone.

*Please be advised that while Nikte Ha Condominiums do have an elevator, the service is inconsistent and in no way guaranteed. Please anticipate using the stairs. Thank you!

KINDLY NOTE: South winds may bring Sargasso Seaweed to some beaches throughout the Caribbean, including the Rivera Maya. While the situation is hard to predict for each specific week and area, we would like you to be aware as there is the potential to impact the beach and water entry.

We have a great list of activities and adventures completely unaffected by the arrival of sargasso that we would love to share with you. Beautiful Condo! Comfortable and clean with beautiful view. Well equipped kitchen. My kids loved the furniture! This condo is totally walkable and golf carts available for $45/24 hrs. There is a store is stone's throw across the street. New restaurant Jungla- right down the way toward the lagoon. Managment has excellent communication. Perfecto!

Loved staying here in the beautifully appointed space. Easy walking/biking as it sits in the middle of the main strip. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Little store across the street was clean and had many provisions we needed. Lounge area both inside and out was extremely comfortable. 2nd guest bedroom has private exterior patio. We will return some day! Thank you so much!

We, a group of four adults, had the opportunity to stay at this property from May 30-June 3. Travel from Cancun International to the property was an hour-long drive by car. The property is tucked away in a private neighborhood with a security checkpoint near Akumal Beach. Communication from the Host is timely and they provide clear and easy instructions to gain access to the property. Check-in was a breeze and management was on site and only a few steps away from the unit. The property management communicated in both English and Spanish. While there may be other properties available for a few dollars less, you will not beat this property for value. Pictures of and from this unit do not do it justice. It is more beautiful than the pictures can show! The amount of space/square footage was incredible. The quality of the furnishings and decor was first-rate! EVERYTHING you see in the pictures was present! What the pictures don't show is the fantastic service that the property management provides! We were pleasantly surprised to have the unit cleaned by a cleaner every day! Another bonus that the pictures didn't show were the extra little things that were included. The kitchen came equipped with enough cooking utensils to whip up just about any meal. While we were unable to utilize the beach area, there was a small hurricane/tropical depression this week, and the unit's grounds crew was at work checking/cleaning the pool and property grounds each morning. This location is centrally located to tons of local attractions and restaurants. An added bonus to the location of this unit is the small convenience store across the street from the unit. The convenience store had a little of everything, from water to liquor, from ice cream to personal hygiene products. We intend to return to this gem on our next trip South!

We loved our stay at Nikte Ha. The condo was clean, open, spacious, and right near the ocean. I got to see the sunrise every morning and we played a bunch in the pool. The ocean was so close (thirty yards or so from our front patio) - only bummer was the seeweed that was in and the coral bottom floor of the ocean, making it difficult to get in and out. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location is ideal - walking distance on the beach or road to two great beach restaurants (La Lunita and La Buena Vida). I ran every morning and felt safe. Town is a short mile away. We can't wait to come back!

The condo is everything I hoped it would be! The big sliding doors in the living area open onto a private deck with cushioned seating. Perfect for enjoying the sunrise each morning. Fall asleep to the waves crashing on the surf outside your bedroom window. This condo is the perfect choice for a private couples retreat or family of four. Would definitely book again!

This unit sits right on Half Moon Bay where within 10 feet of the shoreline... you can snorkel with the gorgeous marine life of the Caribbean. The atmosphere of Akumal is wonderful for families and anyone who loves to listen to the ocean waves. We adventured to Mayan Ruins and cenotes all within an hour of Akumal. The unit was beautiful and had everything we needed to cook and enjoy the beach. We hope to return soon!

This is a superior unit with beautiful finishes throughout. Owner was great to work with and the on-site staff did a great job. This is a great location on Half Moon Bay and is easy walking distance to everything in Akumal. I would definitely choose this property again.

akumal was such a tranquil town and we had an amazing stay through akumal direct. the booking staff were extremely informative and quick with responses. It made our experience that much better knowing we could reach out and have answers about akumal. our condo was clean and beautiful. We originally booked a different condo and I reached out regarding switching to one with a pool and our needs were met immediately.. I would come back again.

We have been coming to Akumal for 12 years but this year was our first time at Nikte-Ha. The condo was perfect in every way, from interior space to outdoor patio, high end furnishings. The kitchen was also equipped with everything we needed when staying in for meals. Appreciated condiments, which made cooking easier. If we return again with another couple, we will definitely choose Nikte-Ha. Green Eyes manager Leti was very responsive & helpful, as was the rest of their staff. Only issue was time it took to get hot water for showering. Also would be helpful to have a book explaining how to operate all appliances such as washer & dryer.

Had an amazing time at this condo and love akumal! Great location to everything!! There's even a nice little convenience store across the street.. Has almost anything you might need.. condo was modern, comfortable and had everything we needed.. the cleaning woman was very good as well.. would come back here in a heartbeat �� actually I wish I was still there!!! Also want to give a shout out to Daniel,he works for akumal direct in there concierge service, he was a great help with everything from getting a golf cart to dinner reservations.. Are group will definitely be back!!!

This comfortable, beautifully decorated condo is right by the pool and the beach. It was clean and a fun place to stay. We’d love to stay here again in the future. There are excellent restaurants a short walk away.

This was our first time at NikteHa and it won't be our last. We couldn't have been more pleased with condo #1. (We just found out it has been sold and hope the new owners continue to rent it.) Loved to be able to walk out the door 5 steps to the pool and another 5 steps to the beach. Decorated beautifully. Very comfortable bed in the master bedroom and enjoyed coffee on the patio.
We've been going to the Akumal area for many years and Akumal Direct was by far the best company we've ever dealt with.
Positives: location, cleanliness, decor, high quality furniture both inside and out, nice to have purified water at the kitchen sink,(it would have been nice to have purified water in the bathroom sinks as well), outstanding maid service, very well equipped, very clean pool, clean and raked beach. Pictures on the internet are very accurate.
Negatives: Pool was way too cold, hot water was sporadic and would turn on and off every couple of minutes, (they tried to fix it but never did.) the refrigerator motor was so loud that it was difficult to sleep, didn't enjoy waking up to loud talking at 7 in the morning when the maintenance people were cleaning the pool and raking, never could get anything but Netflix (you have to use your own account) on the TV. The beds in the second bedroom were so hard you might as well sleep on the floor. It would be nice if they left instructions on how to operate the air conditioning.
