I recently enjoyed a 9-day stay at this incredible vacation rental, and I can’t say enough about how perfect it was! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how spotlessly clean and modern the condo was. The space is beautifully designed, with sleek furnishings, an open layout, and plenty of natural light.

The highlight for me was the balcony overlooking the beach—waking up to the sound of the waves and sipping coffee while watching the sunrise was absolutely magical. The condo is right on the beach, so getting from the front door to the sand took mere seconds.

Beyond the stunning location, the amenities were top-notch. The WiFi was strong and reliable, which was a huge plus. The beds were extremely comfortable, with luxurious linens that made it feel like I was staying in a high-end resort. The cleaning service was exceptional, ensuring everything stayed fresh and pristine throughout my stay.

The surrounding community felt very safe, and there were great restaurants just a short walk away. I loved exploring the local spots, and the friendly vendors made the experience even more enjoyable.

Another major perk is the convenient location—it’s an easy trip to both Playa del Carmen and Tulum, making it a great base for exploring the Riviera Maya. If you’re up for some adventure, there are amazing cenotes nearby that are absolutely worth visiting.

The hosts also provided thoughtful extras, like beach towels and a cooler, which made beach days and day trips even more convenient. The condo also has a central water filtration system, so I never had to worry about drinking water safety, plus an ice machine that kept drinks chilled and ready to go.

Speaking of drinks, the fully stocked kitchen was a dream! It had everything I needed, including a blender to whip up margaritas—which I enjoyed on the balcony while watching the sunset.

The condo was well stocked and very clean. The gift basket was a lovely surprise. The bed and sofas were extremely comfortable. The extended patio with its furniture were the best of all. The staff, both online and onsite, were extremely responsive. We’ve stayed at The Reef before because of its location which is walking distance to everything. We cannot wait to return.

The condo was beautiful!! We had a few hiccups. We didn’t have the password for WiFi. Normally it’s in a book, however we found out later it was on a small card in the snack basket. We had a couple issues with the filter system for the water. We also only had one hot shower in seven days. Not happy about that situation. Israel was wonderful and took very good care of us!!!
